The OSCE Academy in Bishkek is accepting applications for its Master of MA in Economic Governance and Development & MA in Human Rights and Sustainability and MA in Politics and Security. This scholarship is open to citizens of eligible Central Asian countries and aims to promote education, research, and professional training in line with OSCE ideals.

Eligibility Criteria
- Citizenship from Afghanistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, or other OSCE participating states
- Certificate of secondary education
- Advanced level of English
- Kyrgyz citizens must provide the National Test Certificate

How to Apply
1.International Citizens:
- Register for admission tests online before January 31, 2027
- Register for internal online examination
- Take Mathematics and English proficiency tests
- Successful candidates will be invited for an online interview
- Register through the Ministry of Education to submit required documents
