• Master’s/Doctoral (1st phase): 16 years of schooling abroad OR bachelor’s degree (3+ year program) OR equivalent eligibility
• Doctoral (2nd phase): overseas master’s/professional degree OR 2+ years recognized research experience
• Non-English/Japanese transcripts require certified translation

Language requirement:

• TOEFL iBT: not required, no code published
• IELTS Academic: not required
• PTE: not required
