Scholarship Benefits

For reference, TU Delft’s confirmed tuition rates for the 2026/2027 academic year are €2,694 for statutory-rate (EU/EFTA, Swiss, Surinamese) students and €25,633 for institutional-rate (non-EU/EFTA) master’s students. The exact rate applied to your scholarship will depend on the academic year you enroll in and your nationality.
Eligibility Criteria
- You must be an excellent international applicant and have received conditional admission to a regular 2-year TU Delft MSc program. Furthermore, your program must not belong to an International Joint Education Program.
- You are not eligible if you currently study for a TU Delft bachelor’s degree, even if you hold international status.
- You are not eligible if you earned your bachelor’s degree at a Dutch university as an international student.
- You are not eligible if you have already started your MSc studies at TU Delft, as the scholarship only supports new, incoming students.
- You must have achieved excellent academic results in your previous study program(s), relevant to the MSc you plan to pursue. In particular, TU Delft looks for candidates among the top 10% of graduates in their previous program. You do not need to provide proof of your ranking.
- Finally, you must submit a complete MSc application, including all required scholarship documents, before the scholarship deadline
Language Requirements
TU Delft accepts the following English language certificates for MSc applications:
- TOEFL iBT
- IELTS Academic
- Cambridge C1 Advanced (Certificate of Advanced English)
- Cambridge C2 Proficiency (Certificate of Proficiency in English)
All TU Delft MSc programs are taught in English.
How to Apply?
- Applying for this scholarship is combined with your regular MSc application. There is no separate scholarship application portal.
- Complete your MSc application through Studielink and upload all documents in Osiaan before the scholarship deadline.
- Upload the official Scholarship Application Form as part of your MSc application.
- Upload two reference letters, either by including them in your application documents or by inviting your referees to submit them directly.
- Upload your English language certificate together with your application. Applicants seeking a scholarship must include this certificate by the scholarship deadline, even if the general MSc deadline allows more time.
- All documents required for the scholarship must be submitted together with the MSc application. No additional documents can be uploaded after submission.
