The Friedrich Ebert Foundation (FES) is offering fully funded scholarships for the 2025–2026 academic year in Germany for Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD programs. This prestigious scholarship supports students from any academic field, with a focus on social responsibility and academic excellence.
Objective of the Program:
The Friedrich Ebert Scholarship aims to promote access to higher education for socially engaged, academically strong individuals. Special emphasis is placed on candidates from developing and conflict-affected regions, including Afghanistan, to empower future leaders committed to social change.

Eligibility Criteria:
For Bachelor’s and Master’s:
- Admission/confirmation from a German state-recognized university
- Basic proficiency in German language

- Strong academic record and commitment to social values
For PhD Candidates:
- Unconditional admission to a German doctoral program
- Sufficient knowledge of German (courses may be in English)
- Motivation to contribute to social democracy and FES community
