The Graduate School of Frontier Science Scholarships are designed to attract and support outstanding individuals with a passion for scientific discovery. This program provides financial assistance, research opportunities, and a stimulating environment for graduate studies in a variety of frontier science disciplines.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Academic Excellence: A strong academic record with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific field and must not have a master’s degree at the time of application.
- Research Potential: Demonstrated passion for research and a strong interest in frontier science. or Work Experience (At least two years of full-time professional work experience in a field related to their bachelor’s degree).
- Nationalities: Must be a national of an ADB borrowing member countries.
- Nomination: Must be nominated by the Graduate School of Frontier Sciences (GSFS), University from Tokyo.
- Age: Must be (35) years old or younger at the time of application..

- Find the Supervisor (one): Contact potential supervisors from the relevant departments at GSFS:
- Prepare Application these Documents:
- Submit Applications: Upload all applications materials, and except for recommendation letters, to the Designated Google Form by December 10 , of 2024. and Recommendation letters should be sent it directly by the recommenders to the International Liaison(Office by email (ilo@edu.k.u-tokyo.ac.jp) with the subject line (ADB recommendation letter-Name (applicant’s name)).
- Only the First Screening Results: Results will be notified by mid-February 2025 /Successful candidates will need to submit original/physical documents and additional materials by (March 20, 2025).
