Opportunity Description
Want hands-on experience in international trade policy while building your research career? The WTO Youth Talent Incubator Programme, run by the World Trade Organization (WTO) through its Trade and Gender Office and WTO Gender Research Hub, is now open for its second edition. The program is delivered entirely online and is free of charge, running from 12 October 2026 to 30 June 2027. It targets young researchers at universities, think tanks, and research centers, as well as young government professionals aged 20 to 35 who work on trade and gender issues or want to bring these issues into their work. Up to 35 nominees will join this cycle for mentorship, applied research training, and international networking.

Eligibility Criteria
- Be between 20 and 35 years old
- Demonstrate current work on trade and gender, or a clear interest in incorporating trade and gender issues into existing research or professional work
- Submit a motivation letter
- Complete the online application form
- Secure formal endorsement from your academic or research institution (this is a nomination-based program; institutions, through their legal representatives, must endorse or nominate candidates)
