Admission Requirements for Bachelor’s Degree

Completion of 12 years of formal education (minimum three years of secondary school)
Certificate equivalent to UAE high school diploma (conditional admission available if not provided)
No prior dismissal from any university for academic or disciplinary reasons
The time gap between graduation from high school and application must not exceed 2 years
Age must be between 16 and 20 years
Arabic language proficiency (or completion of the university’s Arabic preparatory program)
Passing personal interview and entrance test relevant to the field

Original high school graduation certificate
Transcripts for grades 10, 11, and 12
Attestation from Ministry of Education, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and UAE Embassy in home country
Official translations (Arabic or English)
Proof of school accreditation by national Ministry of Education
Translated and attested passport copy
Completed application form
Passport valid for at least 2 years
Twelve recent passport-size photos (3×4 cm, white background)
Criminal record certificate with translation
Birth certificate or equivalent (with translation if required)
Medical fitness certificate (not older than 3 months, from a government hospital)

Master’s Program Admissions

Al Qasimia University also offers admissions to Master’s degree programs with full scholarships for qualified students.

Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field from a recognized university
Minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 (conditional admission possible for lower GPA)
Two academic recommendation letters from previous professors
Final admission decided by the University Graduate Studies Council

Interdisciplinary Admission:

Admission to a field different from your undergraduate major is possible with departmental approval. Additional bridging courses may be required.

Bridging Courses:

Must be completed within a maximum of two academic semesters.

Scholarships

Undergraduate Scholarship:

Available only for students applying from outside the UAE
Includes monthly stipend (paid in summer only if enrolled)
Round-trip airfare after completing 50% of the academic program (as per university calendar)
Visa, residence, and Emirates ID costs covered
Health insurance provided
Free on-campus or designated accommodation (for single students only)
Free university campus transportation
One-way return ticket after graduation

Scholarship Continuation Conditions:

Must remain enrolled each semester
Minimum GPA of 2.0 per semester
No employment during study period
Arabic Language Program students must complete within one academic year
Must adhere to university rules and conduct standards
Cannot leave university/country without official approval

Master’s Scholarship:

Bachelor’s degree equivalency (if issued outside the UAE)
Minimum GPA of 3.3 out of 4.0
Full-time academic commitment and research/teaching assistantship
