The OSCE Academy in Bishkek is accepting applications for its Bachelor of Arts (BA) program in Economics. This scholarship is open to citizens of eligible Central Asian countries and aims to promote education, research, and professional training in line with OSCE ideals.

 Eligibility Criteria

• Citizenship from Afghanistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, or other OSCE participating states
• Certificate of secondary education
• Advanced level of English
• Kyrgyz citizens must provide the National Test Certificate

• Personal statement (200-500 words)
• Education documents (high school diploma and transcript)
• Official language test score (if available)

 Application Process

1. Kyrgyz Citizens:

• Register for internal online examination
• Complete English and Mathematics tests
• Apply via the Ministry of Education with National Test Certificate
• Candidates passing preliminary tests receive a recommendation for enrollment

2. International Citizens:

• Register for admission tests online before January 31, 2026
• Take Mathematics and English proficiency tests
• Successful candidates will be invited for an online interview
• Register through the Ministry of Education to submit required documents
