Students from outside the European Union (including Afghanistan) are classified into three categories based on their country:

List A Countries: €206 (including €156 regional tax)
List B Countries: €256 (including €156 regional tax)
Other Countries: €356 (including €156 regional tax)

Note: Afghanistan typically falls under the third category.

Register your account:

Start your application:
Go to Applications > New Application > Calls and Enrollment Application > Bachelor’s/Master’s Enrollment.

Pre-Enrollment Procedure for Visa Applicants

If you are applying from Afghanistan or another non-EU country that requires a study visa, you must:

Complete the pre-enrollment on the Studiare in Italia portal.
Obtain the Letter of Pre-Acceptance from UniPa.
Submit the letter and documents to the Italian Embassy in your country for visa processing.
