Are you a young changemaker with a bold vision to solve social issues in your community? The IKEA Social Entrepreneurship Scholarship 2025 is a life-changing opportunity for social innovators from selected countries to attend the prestigious One Young World Summit 2025 in Munich, Germany, from 3–6 November 2025 — all expenses fully covered.

This initiative, powered by IKEA Social Entrepreneurship in partnership with One Young World, is aimed at empowering young founders who are tackling poverty, inequality, and exclusion through inclusive and sustainable business models.

About One Young World

One Young World is the world’s leading platform for youth leadership and global change. Each year, it hosts a summit that brings together 2,000+ young leaders from over 190 countries, working on global issues ranging from climate change and social justice to peace and technology. Past delegates include Nobel laureates, heads of state, and groundbreaking entrepreneurs.

Being selected as a One Young World delegate means joining a lifelong network of 20,000+ ambassadors making real-world impact.

What Is the IKEA Social Entrepreneurship Scholarship?

IKEA’s goal through this initiative is to support entrepreneurs who build solutions for a fairer, more inclusive, and environmentally sound society. This fully funded scholarship is designed for founders or co-founders of social enterprises that operate in one or more of the following fields:

Inclusive Circularity
Inclusive Employment
Inclusive Agriculture and Food

What Does the Scholarship Cover?

Selected scholars will receive a fully funded package, including:

Full access to the One Young World Summit 2025
Return economy flight to Munich, Germany
Private hotel accommodation from 2–7 November 2025
All meals during the summit:
- Dinner on 3 November
- Breakfast, lunch, and dinner on 4–6 November
- Breakfast on 7 November
Visa support documents (for Schengen Visa, if needed)
Lifetime membership in the One Young World Ambassador Community

Eligibility Criteria

To apply, you must meet the following conditions:

Aged 18 to 30 years (older applicants with exceptional impact may be considered)
Founder or co-founder of a social business
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Actively working in one of the focus sectors listed above
Demonstrate leadership, local or global impact, and a clear purpose
