Feature Film | Beauvoir Films (Switzerland), Homemade Films (Greece) & TS Productions (France)
We are currently casting for the feature film LE PASSEUR and are looking for native Farsi and/or Dari speakers aged 18–70 for various roles.
Synopsis
In Athens, 16-year-old ALI lives and works without legal papers in the back room of a small hair salon run by TARI (60), a well-known smuggler from one of the city’s poorer neigh boarhounds. Ali spends his days cutting hair, keeping the place clean and helping Tari with his business — without fully understanding what he is involved in.
All Ali wants is to bring his older brother AZAD (18), who is stranded in Istanbul, to Athens. The two brothers dream of being reunited and then making their way to London, where they hope to open a hair salon of their own.
