The Ca’ Foscari University of Venice Bachelor’s and Master’s Scholarships 2026/2027 are merit-based scholarships offered to high-achieving international students from all countries. These scholarships aim to support outstanding students who hold non-Italian academic qualifications and wish to enroll in Bachelor’s or Master’s degree programs at Ca’ Foscari University of Venice, Italy.
For the 2026/2027 academic year, up to 28 scholarships are available. The scholarships provide financial support of €10,000 per year and are awarded based on academic excellence and overall merit. The funding helps international students access Italy’s higher education system while studying at one of the country’s most respected public universities.
The scholarships are partially funded, subject to Italian taxation, and do not waive tuition fees. They are incompatible with other Italian government or public scholarships.

Scholarship Benefits
Selected students will receive the following benefits:
- €10,000 financial support per year
- Funding available for:
- Up to 3 years for Bachelor’s students
- Up to 2 years for Master’s students
- Scholarship paid in two instalments per year
- Renewable based on academic progress and credit requirements
- Funds credited directly to the student’s university account
Note: Tuition fees are not exempted, and the scholarship amount is subject to Italian taxation.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet all of the following requirements:
- Be classified as an international student
- Hold (or be completing) a valid qualification granting access to a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Italy
- Have completed at least two years of education outside Italy
- Obtain an enrolment eligibility letter from Ca’ Foscari University
- Achieve a minimum weighted average of 8.5/10
- Demonstrate B2-level language proficiency in the language of the chosen program (English or Italian)
- Enroll in a non-joint and non-double degree program
- Not be a recipient of other Italian government or public scholarships
Required Documents
Applicants must upload the following documents in one single PDF file (maximum 20 MB):
- Valid passport or EU identity card
- Entry qualification diploma or enrolment letter
- Academic transcripts and mark sheets
- Weighted average certificate
- Language proficiency certificate (minimum B2 level)
- Reference letter(s):
- Bachelor’s applicants: 1 reference letter
- Master’s applicants: 1–2 reference letters
- Motivational video (maximum 3 minutes)
Reference letters must be submitted directly by referees no later than 14 April 2026.
