Looking to study in Italy with a fully funded postgraduate scholarship in the energy sector? The Master MiNDS Master in Natural Resources Development and Storage is a FULLY FUNDED 2nd-level Specializing Master’s Programme offered by Eni, in collaboration with Politecnico di Torino. Open to Italian and international graduates in engineering, physics, mathematics, and geosciences, the program runs for the 2026/2027 academic year (its 22nd edition) and covers full tuition plus a monthly scholarship for 25 selected students. Graduates gain hands-on training in reservoir engineering, drilling, and energy transition technologies, combining classroom study in Turin with an internship at Eni’s operations offices.

Candidates with a 4-year bachelor’s degree must also hold a master’s degree by the deadline stated in eligibility.
Master MiNDS Benefits
- Full waiver of the participation and enrollment fee, paid directly by Eni to Politecnico di Torino
- Monthly scholarship of €1,500 gross, paid for the full 12-month duration of the program (totaling €18,000 gross across the program)
- On-the-job training through a roughly 10-week internship at Eni’s operations offices in San Donato Milanese
- Classroom lectures and seminars delivered by university and Eni company lecturers, including case studies from Eni managers and experts
- A 2nd-level master’s diploma in Natural Resources Development and Storage, issued in English by Politecnico di Torino upon completion
Eligibility Criteria
- Open to both Italian and foreign citizens
- Must hold a master’s degree (or equivalent/higher foreign qualification) by December 31, 2026, in one of the fields listed above
- Minimum final degree grade of 100/110 (or equivalent)
- Applicants who have not yet graduated but expect to graduate by December 31, 2026, may still apply
- Age limit: not older than 27 years on December 31, 2026 (born after December 31, 1998)
- Good knowledge of English, verified through an English test during Eni’s selection process
- For foreign applicants, knowledge of Italian is considered preferential, though not mandatory
- Applicants cannot apply to both the 1st level and 2nd level Master MiNDS programs at the same time
- Language Requirements
The official Call for Applications does not publish a minimum IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, or Duolingo score. Instead, English proficiency is assessed through an English test administered directly by Eni during the selection process.
Medium of instruction: English. All classroom lectures and course materials are delivered in English.
Scholarship Awards Summary
This opportunity does not use tiered, regional, or nationality-based award categories. All 25 selected participants, regardless of nationality, receive the same scholarship terms described above.

- Applications evaluated as eligible by Politecnico di Torino are forwarded to Eni for a second selection stage, including an English test and an aptitude/technical test, expected around the end of October 2026.
