The University of Central Asia (UCA) invites applications for its Bachelor’s degree programs for the 2026 intake. UCA is an accredited, internationally partnered university with campuses in Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Kazakhstan. The university offers high-quality undergraduate programs in Computer Science, Communications and Media, Global Economics, and Earth & Environmental Science.

UCA provides partially funded and highly subsidized education, ensuring broad access to talented students across Central Asia and abroad. Scholarships are awarded competitively, covering up to 95% of total educational costs, including tuition, housing, meals, health insurance, and campus services.

As part of UCA’s structured academic pathway, students begin with a Preparatory Year focused on interdisciplinary learning delivered in collaboration with Seneca College (Canada). Degree programs are designed in partnership with leading global universities sоةuch as the University of Toronto, UBC, University of Technology Sydney, and more.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Open to students from Central Asia and international applicants
  • Both male and female applicants may apply
  • Physically disabled students are encouraged to apply
  • Must complete all required application stages
  • Must attend the UCA admission test (or submit SAT scores)
  • English language test required unless exempted by IELTS/TOEFL/SAT submission

Required Documents

Stage 1 Document Submission:

  • Photo taken within the last 3 months (3×4 cm, white background)
  • Passport or Government-issued ID
  • Academic transcripts:
    • Central Asia students: Grade 10 & first two quarters of Grade 11
    • International students: Grade 11 & first two quarters of Grade 12
  • Additional academic transcripts for international applicants
  • Stage 1 Application Form

Items Required on Test Day:

  • Application Number / confirmation email
  • Original passport or government-issued ID

Stage 3 (Shortlisted Candidates):

  • Application Form
  • Interview with UCA faculty

How to Apply ?

The UCA admission process has four stages:

Stage I – Application Submission (Deadline: 14 February 2026)

Submit the Stage 1 application form and required documents.
If the application is complete, applicants will receive:

  • Application Number
  • Test center details
  • Test date and time

Stage II – Admission Test or SAT Submission

Applicants take the UCA Admissions Test in English and Mathematics.

  • Test Fee: $15
  • Test Date: 7 March 2026

Alternative Option: Applicants may submit SAT scores instead of the UCA test.

Stage III – Interview (1 April 2026)

Shortlisted applicants attend an online/in-person interview.

Stage IV – Financial Aid Application (Deadline: 8 April 2026)

Submit the UCA financial aid form.
Financial assistance is guaranteed for all admitted students.
