Job Description

Leadership Opportunity for Young Changemakers

Are you a young leader passionate about improving how the world discusses complex global issues? The Doha Debates Ambassador Program 2026 is now open for applications. This free, fully virtual 12-week program brings together emerging leaders from around the world to develop powerful skills in dialogue, intercultural communication, and systems thinking.

About the Program

The Doha Debates Ambassador Program is a virtual convening of young leaders eager to transform public discourse. Inspired by the traditional Majlis — a welcoming space for open community dialogue — the program teaches participants how to engage in constructive, inclusive conversations rather than confrontational debate.

Over 12 weeks, ambassadors will build essential skills through expert-led training, mentored collaboration, personal storytelling, and cross-cultural exchange.

  • Final Event: World Majlis – a special two-hour virtual dialogue event
