Eligibility Criteria

• Enrolled or intending to enroll at the University of Pisa for the 2026/2027 academic year, for the first qualification at each level of study
• Household Equivalent Financial Situation Index (ISEE) not exceeding €27,000 (higher thresholds apply for students with disabilities)
• Household Equivalent Assets Situation Index (ISPE) not exceeding €60,000
• Open to Italian citizens, EU citizens, non-EU citizens, stateless students, political refugees, and asylum seekers
• Students must not already hold a degree in Italy or a foreign degree recognized as equivalent at a level equal to or higher than the course they are enrolling in
• First-year students must meet minimum end-of-year academic credit requirements to retain the full scholarship amount
• Non-EU international students must submit official, translated, and legalized documentation of family income and assets held abroad
• Students from countries listed under Ministerial Decree No. 176/2026 as particularly poor or developing countries may have their ISEE and ISPE assessed at €0 upon submission of appropriate certification
