About the Scholarship
Applications are now open for the Erasmus Mundus MIPDaL Scholarship 2026, one of the most prestigious and fully funded Master’s programs in Europe. This opportunity allows international students from any country to pursue a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property Law and Data Law (MIPDaL) across Germany, France, the UK, Estonia, and Spain.
The MIPDaL program is a joint initiative of six leading European universities and is fully supported by the European Union (EU).

- IT & Data Law Track
- Creative Industries Track
- Industrial Property Law Track
Program Structure
- Semester 1: Study at one of the partner universities: TUD (Germany), UC3M (Spain), TalTech (Estonia), or UNISTRA/CEIPI (France).
- Semester 2: Continue with specialization courses and submit the Master’s thesis at one of the partner institutions based on the selected track.

Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Erasmus Mundus MIPDaL Scholarship 2026, candidates must:
- Hold a four-year bachelor’s degree or equivalent (or a three-year bachelor + first master’s degree).
- Apply from any country other than the two study countries.
- Demonstrate academic excellence and motivation related to IP and Data Law.
- Provide proof of language proficiency:
- English: C1 (B2+ accepted in exceptional cases)
- French: C1 (if choosing the France track)
- Spanish: B2 (if choosing the Spain track)
- Conditional offers available for students who have completed at least 80% of their credits.
