Eligibility Criteria:
To be considered, applicants must:
- Be either international or domestic students
- Meet admission requirements for a research degree at the University of Melbourne
- Be commencing a new research program (not previously completed an equivalent research degree)
- Not have received a similar scholarship in the past
- Be dedicated to research in human rights
