Calling all aspiring young screenwriters! We are excited to announce the launch of the International High School Screenwriting Contest 2024, an incredible opportunity for talented high school students to showcase their creative storytelling skills and compete on a global stage. Contest Details:

Eligibility:
– The contest is open to high school students worldwide, regardless of location or educational system.
– Participants must be currently enrolled in high school during the academic year 2023-2024. And following these requirements:

- - High school students (ages 13 to 19) or only participants in the competition.
  - Stories & characters must be unique works.
  - Put any illustrations & other images you wish to use on the cover (title pages)
  - You are allowed to apply an unlimited number of screenplays.
  - Screenplays must be at least 31 pages long for the feature category.

Submission Guidelines:
– Participants are invited to submit an original screenplay for a short film or TV episode.
– The screenplay must be written in English.
– The maximum length for the screenplay is 15 pages, excluding the title page.
Judging Criteria:
– The submissions will be evaluated based on creativity, originality, character development, plot structure, dialogue, and overall storytelling ability.
– A panel of industry professionals and experienced screenwriters will review the entries.
Prizes:
– The top three winners will receive a range of exciting prizes, including cash scholarships, mentorship opportunities with established screenwriters, and recognition on our website and social media platforms.
– Additional honorable mentions and special category awards may also be granted.
