UNICEF is currently seeking dedicated and passionate individuals to join their team as Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) Specialists. As a WASH Specialist, you will play a crucial role in promoting and implementing sustainable solutions to ensure access to clean water, proper sanitation, and improved hygiene practices for children and communities worldwide.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for the WASH Specialist vacancies, candidates should meet the following criteria:

Education: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Water Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Public Health, or a related field. Advanced degrees are desirable. And also it is necessary to have a graduate degree in public health, social sciences, behavior change communication, or a related technical sector.
Experience: At least [Insert number of years] of relevant professional experience in water, sanitation, and hygiene programming, preferably in humanitarian or development contexts. Or work experience in developing nations & emergency preparedness knowledge are viewed as advantages.
Post-graduate courses that are pertinent and enhance the primary degree are highly advantageous.
Technical Expertise: Demonstrated knowledge and experience in designing, implementing, and managing WASH projects, including water supply systems, sanitation facilities, and hygiene promotion initiatives.
Language Skills: Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in other UN languages, such as French, Spanish, or Arabic, is an asset.
Nationality: Open to both national and international candidates.
Need to have at least five years of professional experience working on WASH-related projects for poor nations.
