Job Summary

In brief, sales officers are professionals who collaborate with sales teams to devise effective plans for boosting customer purchases. They support senior management in setting achievable sales targets, supervise the work of sales staff, and team up with marketing departments to enhance brand visibility. Sales officers play a critical role in driving business growth and success.

Duties & Responsibilities

visiting companies for sales purposes face to face.

Preparing planning and project managing the publication of all

Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the company message to their existing customers.

Sales company services to corporate customers.

Develop and implement special sales activities.

understand customer’s business and suggest internet service and turnkey solutions to meet their needs.

Visiting calling and E-mailing potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.

Visiting targeted consumers in field on daily basis.

arrange meetings with potential customers.

negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales

create detailed proposal documents often as part of a formal bidding

Answering customers’ questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.

Maintaining an accurate record of all sales scheduled customer appointments.

Collaborating with department head to ensure that the company is reaching its target.

Finding new customers and new projects

Any other task assign by line manager

Achieve monthly targets – 100%

Provide daily weekly monthly quarterly and yearly reports to senior management

Job Requirements

  • High School Graduate
  • Proven experience as a sales officer
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Essential technical information on ISP services.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English Language
  • A team player with a customer-oriented approach
  • Familiar with Kabul geographical map.
  • Self-motivated with an ability to achieve 100% targets.
  • Creativity and commercial awareness
  • Should be hardworking Sincere Honest Dedicated and Self achiever
