The IsDB YPP 2024 has the following key objectives:

Degree Level: IsDB Young Professionals Program in Jeddah Saudi Arabia 2024, is available to undertake Short Training level programs.

Available: international development studies.

Training: It is a comprehensive 2-year training curriculum covers both technical and behavioral aspects. Some these are trainings accredited by top Professional Institutions.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for the IsDB YPP 2024, applicants must meet the following requirements:

a) Be a citizen of an IsDB member country.
Hold a Master’s degree in a field relevant to the IsDB’s work, such as economics, finance, development studies, or a related discipline.
Be 32 years old or younger at the time of application (birth date after January 1, 1992).
Demonstrate outstanding academic credentials, displaying intellectual potential and a commitment to development.
Citizenship: up to 25% of selected candidates from each cohort can be from Muslim communities in non-Member Countries.
Possess a minimum of three years of professional experience in a relevant field.
Language: written communication skills in English. Proficiency in one of the Bank’s other operating languages (Arabic or French).

Field study:

While applications from diverse academic backgrounds are welcome, preference will be given to graduates in the following fields during the selection process
