Job Description – Graphic Designer
The Graphic Designer will play a key role in shaping AGB’s visual identity and enhancing its corporate image. This position requires creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail to produce high-quality visual materials for both digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design engaging marketing and promotional materials (digital & print).
- Develop and maintain the company’s branding elements (logos, color palette, typography).
- Create brochures, reports, presentations, and web graphics.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to produce cohesive visual campaigns.
- Use design software to edit and enhance images and layouts.
- Ensure brand consistency across all materials.
- Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Prepare print-ready and digital publication files.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related fields.
- Additional certifications in digital design or motion graphics are preferred.
- Proven ability to work with modern design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
Professional Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design, branding, or digital media.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in both print and digital design.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams (marketing, IT, communications).
- Familiarity with modern design trends and best practices.
Language Skills:
- Fluency in Pashto and Dari.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
