About Certified Training Program (CTP):
The Certified Training Program (CTP) for Youth, empowers young people to speak up for human dignity. It teaches them about human rights and social justice. With this training, they can engage with the world. Our certified members have already made a big impact by influencing policies and leading local efforts. Join us and help promote human dignity and social change.
Join our Certified Member Track to learn about human rights and social justice. Attend 7 live training discussions and take short online quizzes. Complete the track to apply for the WYA internship program, open a WYA Chapter, or join a National Committee leadership team.
World Youth Alliance (WYA)
The World Youth Alliance (WYA) is a global non-profit and youth coalition composed of members from different walks of life who are committed to promoting and defending the dignity of the human person. They offer different programs among which is the CTP. It is a collection of texts that provide the philosophical underpinnings for the mission of WYA.
Those who complete the CTP are equipped to articulate and defend the principles of the dignity of the person within the public square. The program is free.

Completing the CTPÂ and obtaining certification will:
- Equip you to communicate articulately and persuasively on behalf of the dignity of the human person
- Provide you with a vocabulary to engage the international community and larger culture on issues relating to the dignity of the person, human rights, and integral development
- Make you eligible to speak on behalf of WYA and participate fully in WYA activities.
 Benefits Certified Training Program for Youth:
- Apply for a regional or international internship in the organization.
- Start and lead a CTP group in your local area – become a trainer
- Participate in the annual International Solidarity Forum
- Represent WYA in local and international events
- Start a WYA chapter or club in your school or country
 Eligibilities
To be eligible for the Certified Member Track, you must:
- Be under 30 years old, so we can focus on empowering young people.
- Show a genuine interest in human dignity concepts and be willing to learn, discuss, and contribute to related activities.
- Have internet access to participate in online discussions, access program materials, and attend virtual meetings.
- Be committed to personal growth and development by applying human dignity principles in your daily life.
- Speak fluent English or Spanish.
