Job Summary

The BD Team Leader is responsible to assist the management for marketing activities and growth of the business interests. The BD Team Leader will play an essential role in directing marketing activities in order to deliver high quality and creative work in line with overall targets at head office & provincial zones level. He will be responsible for making all marketing plans, arranging meeting with top level authorities of targeted clients and reporting the work for top level managers.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate in creating and executing marketing strategies aimed at cultivating strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
  • Guide and mentor marketing officers/assistants at head office and provincial zone levels to achieve deposit targets, gather reports, increase numbers, and expand the bank’s reach.
  • Conduct market research, customer satisfaction surveys, and other necessary surveys across branches, and report survey results and customer feedback to the CMO.
  • Aid subordinates in crafting business proposals for prospective clients.
  • Assist the department head in devising and implementing a marketing plan that highlights the bank’s products and services.
  • Coordinate, plan, and produce marketing materials and activities with the department head.
  • Promote a thorough understanding of the bank’s products to establish relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Evaluate the impact of events/marketing activities by writing reports that provide feedback, assess impact, and inform future development.
  • Support the department head in ensuring that agreed-upon campaign objectives and outputs are achieved through an integrated campaign, and manage relationships with key partners.
  • Assist in executing market research to gather information on market needs for designing new products.
  • Maintain and update the content of the bank’s website for marketing purposes.
  • Respond to inquiries from both external and internal customers regarding the bank’s products and services.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the line manager.

Qualifications

– Must have a university degree in Marketing/Sales or Business Management field.
– Proven experience in business development, sales process, and building strong relationships with customers.
