Job Summary
The Regional Sales Supervisor will be responsible for the following tasks.
- Monitoring and controlling sales operations of all channels.
- Given sales target should be strictly followed up to achieve it on weekly and monthly bases.
- Providing the needed training to the sales channel’s employees.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Achieving overall Region Targets.
- Monitoring and controlling sales operations of all channels.
- Coordinating and Monitoring sales performances of TUC E Top up & E-fill with third parties and market.
- Given Sales Target should be strictly followed up to achieve it on weekly and monthly bases.
- Providing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Monitoring and following up the technical issues with the related departments.
- Making plans for increasing revenue and sales, especially in low-revenue sites.
- Providing the needed training to the sales channel’s employees.

- Close coordination of sales team for their field.
- Responsible to check and control the market.
- Responsible to increase retail outlets.
- Monitoring sales executives’ duties and performance
- Responsible for developing and expanding AWCC business in the market (SIM TUC E Top up E-Fill).
- Responsible to apply AWCC and ATRA rules and regulations across the region.
- Reporting to the line managers (Regional & Sales HQ).
- Responsible to attend any type of complaint/customers visiting all sales channels and providing them the core
- Responsible to check the availability of products in assigned areas.Responsible for corporate sales team targets.
- Visiting provinces and markets to check and see for other sales opportunities.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, or a related field.
Multi-language skills and good communication in English (written and speaking).
Good knowledge and computer skills (especially in Excel and Ms. Word along with Outlook and presentation skills).
At least 2-3 years of work experience in the same field or similar fields.
