Eligibility Criteria:
- Open to international students enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD program
- Engineering applicants: solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and strong programming skills
- Netflix values candidates who are:

- Able to solve real-world problems using the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result)

- 2–3 rounds of technical, behavioral, or role-specific interviews
