The University of Lausanne (UNIL) offers Masters Scholarships to outstanding international students who have completed their studies at a foreign university and achieved exceptional academic results. The scholarship covers the minimum duration of the program chosen by the student and provides CHF 1,600 per month from September to July for ten months each year. However, this amount is insufficient to support living expenses in Switzerland and is not a fully funded scholarship. To be eligible, candidates must have obtained a foreign university degree equivalent to a Swiss university bachelor, distinguished themselves through brilliant academic results, and have a language level of at least C1 in French or English. Additionally, they must not be registered at UNIL and have paid the administrative fees. The UNIL also boasts an international atmosphere, up-to-date facilities and technology, three unique faculties, close collaboration with the University Hospital of the Canton of Vaud (CHUV), a modern library, a philosophy expressed in a Charter of Values and precepts, an exceptionally green and spacious lakeside setting, and a wide range of continuing education and interdisciplinary courses, as well as countless sporting and cultural activities.
