Job Description

Revamp the entire process of defining digital requirements, envisioning and crafting graphics encompassing illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos. You will be responsible for molding the visual aspects of websites, pamphlets, social media posts, product packaging, exhibitions, and more. Your graphics must seize the attention of those who view them and convey the appropriate message. To achieve this, you must possess a creative flair and a robust ability to convert requirements into designs. If you can communicate effectively and work systematically as part of a team, we cordially invite you to our office. The objective is to motivate and allure the intended audience.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Study design briefs and determine requirements
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Test graphics across various media
• Amend designs after feedback
• Schedule projects and define budget constraints
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
• Work with content Team and creative director to produce final design
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Job Requirements

• Proven graphic designing experience
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
