What the TOEFL iBT is ?, The Test of English as a Foreign Language Internet-Based Test is an English proficiency test that measures the ability of non-native English speakers to use and understand English in an academic setting. Universities, colleges, and institutions in the United States, Canada, and other English-speaking countries widely accept the TOEFL iBT.
