Want to spend a month building your skills as an ethical content creator, fully funded, in Singapore? The i-SEA Fellowship 2026 (Influence for Impact in Southeast Asia Fellowship Programme) gives you this exciting opportunity. The Centre for Information Integrity and the Internet (IN-cube) at the Wee Kim Wee School of Communication and Information (WKWSCI), Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore, runs the fellowship in partnership with the Temasek Foundation.
First, this FULLY FUNDED hybrid fellowship welcomes currently enrolled junior college, polytechnic, and university students from Southeast Asia, China, and India. Additionally, the program covers return flights, a 6-night stay, all meals, and a daily stipend during the in-person week in Singapore. Moreover, fellows can join free online masterclasses throughout the program. As a result, participants can focus on developing their skills and learning from experts without worrying about major expenses. Finally, the fellowship will select 40 fellows for the 2026 cohort.

Fellowship Benefits

- Official i-SEA Fellowship certificate of completion, signed by the center’s director
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants in Singapore must be aged 16 to 25
- Additionally, applicants from other eligible countries must be aged 18 to 25
- Applicants must hold citizenship or residency in a Southeast Asian country, China, or India
- Applicants must currently attend a junior college, polytechnic, university, or other post-secondary institution
- Applicants must receive a nomination or endorsement from their institution
- Applicants must have at least 1,000 followers on a content platform (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or other)
- Moreover, applicants must maintain a regular, active monthly posting history
- Finally, applicants must commit to the full program, including the in-person week in Singapore
