Key Responsibilities

The Motion Graphics and Production Officer will be responsible for the overall management, control, and supervision of production and multimedia activities within the bank.

Main Duties

• Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual work plans aligned with BMA strategic objectives
• Design creative video advertisements for social media platforms
• Perform video recording and audio capturing for marketing and promotional content
• Design and produce animations for banking products and services
• Write scripts for banking products and service promotions
• Design infographics for advertising and marketing purposes
• Produce short promotional videos for banking services
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth implementation of tasks
• Transfer professional skills through workshops, seminars, and on-the-job training
• Monitor and supervise all production activities and workflows
• Manage and control sound systems for production and programs on an ongoing basis
• Ensure design consistency across all banking products and services using modern graphic standards
• Conduct photography and video coverage of bank events
• Perform any other duties assigned by management

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Must be an Afghan national
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Graphic Design, Animation, Motion Graphics, or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Ability to work full-time in Kabul City
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills

Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications

• Strong knowledge of graphic and multimedia software, including:

  • Adobe Photoshop

  • CorelDRAW

  • Adobe Premiere Pro

  • Adobe Illustrator

  • Adobe InDesign

  • Adobe After Effects

  • Adobe Audition

  • Cinema 4D

• Familiarity with banking-related systems is an advantage

Language Skills

• Fluency in Dari and Pashto
• Working knowledge of English
